Cheval Collection currently owns and operates a portfolio of 512 apartments across 8 Residences in Central London, which are well appointed within key neighbourhoods.

The Cheval Collection portfolio of brands includes Cheval Residences and the newly created Cheval Maison. Both brands are designed to appeal to property investors looking to stand out with a distinctive product. Cheval Collection is actively looking to manage third party assets and invest in new properties, both in the UK and overseas, that will fit within these brands and, ultimately, will result in Cheval presenting a diverse product offering in key locations around the world.

Cheval has in-house experience of end-to-end project management, from initial concepts and planning to construction and fit-out. This includes FF&E (furnitures, fixing and equipment) and OS&E (operating supplies and equipment).
