What is your Cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies from rate to rate. Please read the specific terms and conditions ,which you can find within your confirmation email.

What is the Best Price guarantee?
At Cheval Residences we like to guarantee that our guests will receive not only the best service but also the best price. That is why we will always offer you the best price, offer(s) and conditions for your reservation.
What types of credit/debit card do you accept as payment?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
Which currencies do you accept at your Residence?
We only accept payment in British Pounds.
Can I exchange foreign currencies at your Residence?
We do not currently exchange foreign currencies at our Residences. Please ask our Concierge team for the nearest currency exchange.
What time is check-in?
Check-in time is from 15:00
What time is check-out?
Check-out time is at 11:00
My flight arrives early in the morning; am I able to check-in early?
We always try to have your apartment available to you as early as possible but cannot guarantee that you can have access before 15:00. We are always happy to store your luggage for you until your apartment is ready.
My flight departs late in the day; am I able to check-out later?
Please contact our Concierge team the day before your departure, who will be able to advise you about a late check-out. A late check-out fee will apply.
Can I store my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
Yes, you can store your luggage with us on the day of check-in or check-out.
What are your reception opening times?
Our Concierge team is available 24/7.
Is there Wi-fi available at your Residence?
Yes, complimentary Wi-fi is available at all Cheval Residences.
Is room service available at your Residence?
Do you have an in-house restaurant and/or bar?
We do not have in-house restaurants and bars but there are plenty nearby. Our Concierge team are more then happy to offer you recommendations.
Are pets permitted at your Residence?
All our residences are pet friendly. Typically on departure we charge a £120 one-off fee for an extra deep clean of your apartment.
Is smoking permitted in any of your hotels?
We do not permit smoking, including use of e-cigarettes in our apartments and a fee will apply should you smoke in your apartment.
What is the best way to get around London?
The easiest way is to use the London Underground, also known as the ‘Tube’ but if you would like to see a little more of London, the world-famous red double decker buses are a great way to explore. Please see our Concierge team who can advise the best route for your journey.
How can I subscribe/ unsubscribe to your newsletter?
