Thank you so much for taking really good care of me during all my stays with Cheval Phoenix house.  You have an excellent team.  I shall miss all of u!

It's such a warm feeling to come home everyday and be greeted by Peter, Oscar, Sid, Neil, Jean, Juliana and Gabriella... and always a delight to see you!

A Most Enjoyable Stay at Cheval Phoenix House!

"I am once again at the end of a most enjoyable stay at Cheval Phoenix House.  This visit, my husband was with me - his first visit to Cheval Phoenix House in over two years.

The concierge staff are superb.  When we arrived at Cheval Phoenix House for the first time, we were unable to find a parking space to unload our luggage.  Jackson and a colleague spotted us driving past and ran out to unload our luggage.  By the time we found a space, our luggage was already in the apartment.

I am always greeted by name - a very nice touch."
