Cheval Three Quays
Situated next to The Tower of London, Cheval Three Quays is a major residential riverside development within Central London. When completed, Cheval Three Quays will provide a selection of unique one, two and three bedroom apartments, with many having unrivalled views across the Thames towards Tower Bridge and City Hall.
The Three Quays name originates back to the 17th Century when there existed three individual quays; Galley Quay, Chester Quay and Brewers Quay.
The new development due to be completed in 2013 will include 158 apartments both serviced and non-serviced. There will also be a number of retail / restaurant outlets with the enhancement of the Sugar Quay public walk way to give the vicinity a new lease of life.
The architectural design is being led by 3DReid, while the interior design is being spearheaded by Forme Design. Both these elements will be beautifully complimented with an exclusive water sculpture to be created by the renowned William Pye.
With its closeness to both the City of London and the south side of the River Thames, Three Quays will be in demand not just from the corporate market but from leisure tourists alike who wish to steep themselves in the history of the 'true' City of London.
Time remaining until completion (12 noon, 26th August 2013):
