Prices are per week and exclusive of VAT.
VAT is charged at a rate of 17.5% for the first 28 days, then at a rate equivalent to 3.5%.

Terms and Conditions

For Bookings from 22 days upto 3 months :

Full Tenancy Agreement to be completed and signed by Landlord and Client.
Invoice to be paid in full prior to arrival.
Deposit to be paid to the value equal to £1750/bedroom. Refundable at the end of stay with interest and minus any dilapidations.

For Bookings of 3 months plus :

Full Tenancy Agreement (Corp or Individual) to be completed, signed, witnessed by both parties.
13 weeks rent (3 mths) to be paid in advance. Deposit to be paid to the value equal to 4 weeks rent. Refundable at the end of stay. Dilapidations to be deducted from the deposit and the balance return to the client.

Payment Methods :

Preferred method of payment is by Chaps (same-day bank transfer); BACS (Bank Transfer) or Cheque.
Credit Cards can be accepted for payment of sundries. (Amex/Diners/Visa/Mastercard).

Extensions :

An option to extend can be placed on all bookings with 2 weeks prior notice in writing of the client's requirement to extend.
