Prices are per week and exclusive of VAT.
VAT is charged at a rate of 17.5% for the first 28 days, then at a rate equivalent to 3.5%.

Terms and Conditions

For Bookings of 3 months plus :

Full Tenancy Agreement (Corp or Individual) to be completed, signed, witnessed by both parties.
13 weeks rent (3 mths) to be paid in advance.
Deposit to be paid to the value equal to 4 weeks rent. Refundable at the end of stay. Dilapidations to be deducted from the deposit and the balance return to the client.

Payment Methods :

Payment can be made by Cheque; CHAPS or BACS transfer; Credit Card (Amex/Diners/Visa/Master). For payment of rental monies by credit card, there will be a commission charge due of 2.5% for Visa & Mastercard or 3.5% for Amex and Diners.

Extensions :

An option to extend can be placed on all bookings of 3 months or more with 4 weeks prior notice in writing of the client's requirement to extend.
